Kevin B. Jones is an author, speaker, coach, and public servant who helps individuals maximize performance in the game of life and equips them with the tools needed to win in any arena.

Once a teen parent and a first-generation college graduate, Kevin brings a practical understanding of responsibility, organizational discipline, and long-term preparation.

Kevin’s work centers on coaching, student/player development, leadership education, postsecondary success, and community engagement. Through this work, he supports students and emerging professionals as they navigate critical academic, life, and career transitions, with an emphasis on sustainable success.

Kevin is the author of Game Ready: Leadership, Legacy and Winning the Game of Life, a book focused on preparing individuals for the transitions that follow school, sport, or any structured environment where complacency can quietly take hold.

Through keynote presentations and leadership workshops, Kevin prepares students, athletes, and emerging professionals to maximize performance through disciplined habits, mindset, and decision-making. His talks focus on preparation during moments of transition when structure changes, expectations rise, and habits determine outcomes.

Keynote Topics & Focus Areas Include:

  • Game Ready: The Game of Life After Ball
Identity, discipline, and direction when the uniform comes off and the real world starts keeping score.

  • Success Beyond College
Preparing for life after graduation—careers, relationships, responsibility, and self-leadership when the syllabus disappears.

  • Finish Through the Line
Sustaining effort, discipline, and execution when motivation fades and pressure increases.
